At CPR-Twin Cities, our goal is to teach life-saving techniques, not to collect and profit from private information about our clients. That said, we do collect some very basic information, provided by our clients.
We collect names, as well as personal and business email addresses, of students. They are used, primarily, to distribute CPR-Twin Cities materials, such as certificates of completion and an electronic version of our textbook. Other than that, there is some possibility that an occasional letter (written to announce new information, stay in touch with former students and company representatives, etc.) will be sent. We have no established date by which your personal information will be deleted.
Furthermore, we also collect names, email addresses and phone numbers provided by students, potential students, company clients and company representatives who have expressed interest in our classes. These names, email addresses and phone numbers are used to conduct general business before and after classes. As stated above, we have no established date by which your personal information will be deleted.
The CPR-Twin Cities website is a WordPress website. Like most WordPress sites, it also operates by a number of plugins. By default, WordPress does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users. However, some of our plugins (e.g., Google Analytics) might collect personal data, which is beyond our control.
